I've just begun writing this, and it's pretty new to me. I'd like it to be a place where I can scribble (virtually of course), about everything and anything connected with my imminent wedding, my life, things that give me 'cozies' and things that make me feel icky. The wedding at the moment is a year and a half away, but it's already dominating my life and has begun with the usual....dieting! Currently I'm 14 stone 10, which sounds terrible but I'm 5 foot 7, so it's not as bad as it sounds. Still though, it ain't great, so I'm on a mission to get myself down to looking healthy and happy on the day itself. I was initially 15stone 7 when I started, so I'm doing well.
To anyone who comes across this page, feel free to leave me comments, questions or whatever...as long as it's nice stuff.
As it stands, was at my local weight watchers meeting tonight and haven't shifted in weight, which may be understandable as I'm carrying pre-menstrual weight and I lost a good 4lb last week. So fingers crossed then that next week I will drop a bit more!
